Over 10,000 classes, the world’s largest trampoline fitness session and the Padel World Championship are just a few of the things that await residents during the month-long fitness frenzy – which will run from 29 October to November 27.

The iconic Dubai Run and Dubai Ride which transformed Sheikh Zayed Road into a pavement for cyclists and runners will also return.

“I can’t wait for the whole community to come together to make Dubai the most active and dynamic city in the world,” he wrote in a tweet.

Launched in 2017, DFC encourages Dubai residents to get 30 minutes of activity a day for 30 days and turns the entire city into a fitness hub. Last year, the DFC had a record attendance of 1.65 millions of people.
