Paul Rudd reveals the secret of his “eternal youth”.
When asked by Men’s Health to share his “most important” tip, the 53-year-old said “eight hours of sleep” topped his list.

The former People’s Sexiest Man told the outlet that people often expect his “secret” to be tied to a restrictive diet or an intense, top-secret workout regimen.
‘People ask me, ‘Can you send me your meal plan? How many times a week do you train? Do you drink? Do you eat carbohydrates? Do you have a cheat day? ”Rudd recalls.
Although he dedicates himself to daily cardio and a minimum of three days of weightlifting, Rudd believes “the most important part of training is sleep.”
“People will set their alarm clocks and then sleep for four hours and get up so they can work out.” They are doing themselves a disservice. If you can somehow get eight hours of sleep. . .’ he explained.

Later, Rudd gave the outlet a look at his daily routine which begins with coffee and fasting cardio – something he said he “never would have done” before signing on to play the Marvel superhero, Ant-Man.
He continued, “I lift weights hopefully at least three times a week.”
Rudd entered the Marvel Universe in 2015 and saw Ant-Man appear in a 2018 sequel, and the soon-to-be-released movie, Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania.
With years of superhero training under his belt, Rudd has “learned a lot about how my body reacts to food, how it reacts to exercise, and where I’m happiest and how much that makes me feel better.” ‘mentally affect’.

Rudd’s diet is simple and consistent. He told Men’s Health that he eats eggs every day, incorporates salmon into most meals, and likes his protein shakes with just a mix of protein powder and water.
‘It looks like hell. This is really not the case. I find the routine comforting,” he insisted. “There isn’t an office we have to go to every day where we see the same people and do the same kind of work.
“Routine is a human need. It’s grounded in a really positive, wholesome way.
Rudd has been busy promoting Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, which is set to hit theaters on February 17.
And he shared that he “worked really hard to get back into shape” for the highly anticipated Marvel movie and it ended up being “so much harder” than the 2018 sequel.
